Pneumatic Knife Gate Valve

The KOSEN Pneumatic Knife Gate Valves is made into two forms (dark rod DN50 to 900mm, bright rod DN50 - 900mm) according to the different caliber. The full circular DC channel is designed for no slag retention and non blocking. The bottom of the knife plate is machined into a knife edge, which has the function of cutting off soft materials such as fiber, pulp and wood pulp, and has good opening and closing functions. A hard polytetrafluoroethylene scraper is installed on the upper end of the knife plate, which prevents dust, sand and other scraping substances from entering the packing box, and significantly improves the service life of the cutter plate. Valve plate material selection stainless steel, fine grinding polishing treatment can get the best sealing effect. Compact design, small space, light weight, cheap price, easy to install, wear-resistant and anti blocking measures are perfect, easy to repair, easy to use and long life, and can choose the driving device arbitrarily.
