Pump Protection Valve

The automatic circulation pump protection valve is a pump protection device. It automatically protects the centrifugal pump (especially hot water medium) from partial cavitation damage and instability during operation at low load. Once the pump flow is lower than the preset flow, the bypass is completely opened to ensure the minimum flow required by the pump. Even if the main road is completely closed, that is, the main road traffic is zero, and the minimum flow rate can also be automatically circulate by bypass. The pressure is reduced by the integrated multistage throttle reducing valve in the bypass. The ZDL series has a bypass which is suitable for medium and equal pressure difference. The maximum pressure difference is 6MPa. The specific choice is determined by the factory. The unique L type bypass can eliminate the noise generated by high-speed flow medium and prevent cavitation.
