Working principle
Automatic air valve when there is air in the system, the gas accumulates in the upper part of the exhaust valve, and the bubble accumulation in the body makes the floating ball drop with the water level, so open the exhaust piston; After the gas is exhausted, the water level rises, the floating ball also rises, and the exhaust piston is closed. If the bonnet on the side of the valve body is tightened, the exhaust valve stops exhaust. In general, the bonnet should be open. The automatic exhaust valve is an essential auxiliary component in the pipeline system and is widely used in boilers, air conditioners, oil and natural gas, water supply and drainage pipelines. It is often installed at the commanding point or elbow to eliminate excess gas in the pipeline, improve the use efficiency of pipeline roads and reduce energy consumption.
Installation and use instructions
» The valve shall be installed vertically, the riser system shall be at the point, and the horizontal pipe system shall be installed at the end.
» After installation, loosen the small nut at the upper end to ensure that the gas can be discharged smoothly.
» In case of leakage of exhaust water due to blockage of stolen goods during use, tighten the small nut and drain the exhaust valve for cleaning. After cleaning, it can be reinstalled.
